The MEDIANAVI/M-GO research informed product design teams and developed the core feature set and the “DNA” of MediaNavi/M-GO experience.  Industrial Designers, Marketing Executives, Product Engineers, Cultural Research Specialist and Interface Designers all collaborated on the thinking behind this research.  The initial concepts were based on user reactions to visual interface and user viewing habits, discovered and validated by user interviews, card sorting, and prototype observations.
